If the item is found faultless or defective due to misuse, it will be returned to you with a shipping charge.

Should you find your device to be malfunctioning, reach out to us for guidance. You'll be asked to provide a 1–2-minute video on WhatsApp, demonstrating the error from the moment you plug the device into an outlet. Please include your name or Order ID/number in the video for our skilled technician to assess. Upon receiving and reviewing the video, we will determine if the device is indeed defective. If the fault is identified within 30 days of receipt, we'll handle the collection of the defective device at no charge to you. Once in our possession, we'll inspect the device and then decide on a refund, replacement, or repair, depending on the specific issue. Please note that this process might last 2 to 3 weeks.
If you wish to send the device for repair or replacement after the initial 30-day period, the return expenses will be your obligation, encompassing shipping charges, insurance, customs duties, and taxes.
After repairing the product, we will pay for the shipping to return it to you, though any customs duties and taxes that arise during the return shipment must be covered by you.
